At Ballycarry we are committed to mission, in Ireland and across the world, partnering with key groups and individuals. Through prayer, practical support, giving and going, we want to enable, build up and contribute to these partnerships, to be God’s instrument to change the world.  Each of us has a part to play.

Here are some of our missions partners and information about the work they do.

Mission Support

United in Praise

A lively service of Praise and Thanksgiving was held in April with our Special Friends from Roddensvale School Choir,  Castleview and members of BridgeBuilders (see photo)
The True Body of Christ Praising together.

Diane Cusick

For the past number of years, we at Ballycarry Presbyterian Church have been supporting our friend Diane Cusick. This has included a number of trips to Malawi, undertaking projects to help the people in villages. Diane is now based in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia. Read more about her work by clicking on the link to her blog.

International Meeting Point

In December 2016 and December 2017, 60 hampers were packed and delivered by members to International Meeting Point to share some of the joy of Christmas.
One of our members, Jennie helps out every Tuesday by cooking a meal for those in need who attend.

Mission to Malawi

A big thank you to all at Ballycarry Presbyterian Church who helped raise £137.50 at Easter for the chicks knitted by the ladies in Malawi.

The total amount raised was £840.  £400 was sent directly to Malawi in May via the Mission Department in Church House.

A big thank-you to all.
