Directions To Ballycarry Presbyterian church

From Belfast to Ballycarry via Carrickfergus

Leave Belfast on the M2.  Once on M2, move into either of the far right hand lanes. 

These lanes become the M5, leaving to the shore side of the M2.

Continue onto M5 (signs for Whiteabbey/Carrickfergus)

At Shore Rd Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Shore Rd/A2 heading to Carrickfergus approx. 9 miles

Continue to follow A2 for Carrickfergus. Continue driving through Carrickfergus, with the Castle, harbour and sea on your right. 

Keep on main road which is called the ‘Marine Highway’.

Continue through ‘Downshire’, ‘Eden’ and past ‘Kilroot Industrial Park’ on your right.

Just after ‘Kilroot Industrial Park’ main gate, take the first road on your left called ‘Tongue Loanen’, sign posted for Ballycarry.

Ballycarry Presbyterian Church is approx. 4 miles from here.

Keep on this road (navigating 4 right-angle bends) until entering Ballycarry village. 

Go through village, drive straight on (Hillhead Road) past the Primary School on your right

and shortly you will come to the Church on the left and Church Halls with car parking on the right.


To go directly to the Manse (34b Manse Road), you pass the Ballycarry 30 mile-per-hour sign and take the first left turn into 'Manse Road'. 

You will pass terraced houses on your left where the road narrows and widens again.

The Manse is the red brick house on the left ( just before a right turn into West Street).
